HISTORY

We create quality products with the know-how of 20 years.


The Konstantinidis family began in 1998 to produce quality Greek frozen dough products for canteen catering and the HoReCa market.

FACILITIES

Modern production unit in privately owned facilities.


The operating structure of Hellenic flaky pastry is based on the production unit located in the area of Langadas, Thessaloniki, in a privately-owned space of a total area of 800 sqm.



OUR VISION

We set the goal of producing high-quality, safe products that meet the requirements and needs of consumers and current legislation.

Our goal is to maintain effective communication with all our partners (suppliers, customers, staff, competent authorities) to ensure adequate information on the safety, quality and satisfaction of all parties.


CERTIFICATIONS

We ensure quality through the implementation of the HACCP System as provided by European Regulation 852/2004 and in accordance with the requirements of International Standard EN ISO 22000: 2005, for all products produced and for all stages of the production process, from receipt and distribution of products.

We select our suppliers with strict specifications, criteria and continuous checks.

We select raw materials from local producers and farms in the area of Northern Greece.


OUR PERSONNEL

The soul of our company is its people. We invest in selecting responsible staff with knowledge that fully meets their important role. We further educate and educate our people on all levels and departments.
